Robin Bronstein

Robin Bronstein is a motivated strategist who transforms plans into workable solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams, executives, and management consultants. Her expertise of over 25 years, includes leading programs that build/optimize leadership capabilities, organizational processes, measurement systems and infrastructure to optimize business results. Her career includes leadership positions both in the Field and Corporate Headquarters across Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, Sales and Operations, Internal Management Consulting and most recently, Strategy and Operations. Her versatile background consists of consulting, facilitation, project management, program implementation, resource allocation and mentorship. She’s often recruited to start up a department, launch an innovative idea or revitalize a team. As part of her passion to mentor, Robin co-designs Mentoring & Leadership Development Programs. Her career history includes:

Co - Founder of STW Solutions, Inc., designing leadership and mentoring programs for executives and emerging leaders to strengthen competencies and results. Consults with executives to develop and implement strategies to support all types of organizational change and new directions.

Strategy & Operations, Allstate Insurance Company. Collaborated with the Senior leaders on key initiatives including development and implementation of corporate strategies, policies and practices, co-led the integration of company mergers and acquisitions, led multiple communication and education strategies during transformation.

Internal Management Consulting, Allstate Insurance Company. Led the discovery services division of the organization focused on cross functional collaboration targeting business building, operations, change management, service quality, process improvement, performance measurement, team solutions, and leadership development.

Robin holds an MBA and is Project Management certified (PMP). She serves on various non-profit boards and gives back to her community. Robin is passionate about mentoring and empowering others to gain confidence and grow personally and professionally. A primary goal is to mentor women in business enabling them to reach their full potential and confidently contribute to the organization.

Chris (CJ) Privoznik

CJ Privoznik is a passionate, intuitive leader who enjoys and excels working with executives who recognize that stronger alliances with their employees will result in innovative solutions and business outcomes. Her experience in leading large, global transformational projects, integrating cultures during mergers and developing outstanding global teams is unique and validated.

CJ develops adoption programs (large and small), to connect employees and customers to new strategies, processes, and goals. Her cross functional knowledge and “know how” is key in developing comprehensive communications aligning the leaders’ vision with employees.

She mentors executives on personal branding, communication, employee engagement, strategic planning, strategy execution and service delivery. She has held senior level positions across disciplines (IT, Sales, Operations) strengthening her capabilities, developing best practices, and driving results for “C” level leaders across industries. CJ works with teams across the globe. She managed teams in Europe (United Kingdom, France, Italy), Asia and North and South America and has coached global audiences. Her career history includes:

Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership, Health Care Service Corporation launching and leading the “Office of the CIO”. Led internal and external communication strategies, change management initiatives, and implemented methodologies for operational and organizational strategies affecting over 3000 employees and more than 24,000 business partners and stakeholders.

Global Operations Leader, Merck & Co., and Monsanto Life Sciences for in various roles reporting directly to Sales, Marketing, and Distribution executives. She co-led a multi-year enterprise system integration project across 4 continents impacting over 45,000 employees.

CJ shares her talents as a speaker, mentor and coach for various associations and organizations; serves on local and national Boards helping people and communities; She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, expertise, and experiences with others so they can gain confidence, grow and develop as a leader. One of her personal goals is to increase mentoring practices by successful women for female mentees who are ready to develop and grow. Sharing lessons and experiences to help others is a crucial way of learning.
